Our client wanted the ability to use a single supplier with the capability of servicing and supplying their IT hardware equipment needs throughout EMEA.
This would enable them to have sets of specific agreed upon models and/or manufacturers of equipment for all to utilise uniformly, as well streamlining their ordering and supply of goods from a centralised supplier with set discounted pricing across EMEA.
The solution needed to provide one area where the procurement of IT equipment was easily accessible, navigable and able to be used by the procurement team across the client’s EMEA sites.
The solution would also have to provide an end to end service from quoting, to ordering, right down to delivery for all staff IT requirements.
